Quintus has built up a wide range of his own choral arrangements. These include simplified 2-part and 4-part versions of traditional music, as well as engaging choral adaptations of instrumental music to his own lyrics.
Following the tradition of the 18th century ballad-opera, Quintus has created many musical plays drawing on appropriate existing music. Choral concert versions of two of these are available for choirs who are seeking a new, yet fairly easy-to-learn choral piece. Inspection copies of vocal scores for each are available, and recordings of each choral part can be bought, as listed on the PROMPT catalogue.
A lively musical play by Quintus Benziger, based on Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol, telling the story in song with memorable melodies adapted from Gilbert & Sullivan operettas.
The Magic Piper is an enchanting re-creation of the well-known story of The Pied Piper of Hamelin.
Quintus Benziger has cleverly combined music from Mozart's Magic Flute with Browning's famous poem.
